At Historic Property Restoration Ltd, we provide contracting excellence in the restoration and conservation of historic buildings, from Listed Buildings to World Heritage Sites. We strive to restore and protect our historic and architectural heritage, in order to secure its future. We are able to offer our services throughout most of England and the Scottish Borders.
Recent projects have taken us to Rivington Terraced Gardens near Bolton; Fountains Abbey World Heritage Site in Yorkshire; Durham Cathedral (another World Heritage Site); Trafalgar Square in Sunderland; The Cathedral Church of St Nicholas in Newcastle; Seaton Delaval Hall in Northumberland; Alnwick Castle; Lindisfarne Castle on Holy Island; The Museum of Edinburgh and Syon House in London.
Over the last decade, we have worked in partnership with English Heritage; entrusted with the conservation and maintenance work on 105 of their important stock of listed buildings and scheduled ancient monuments across the whole of the north of the UK. This is the long-term focus and value that we aim to deliver to our clients and our stakeholders.
Alongside English Heritage, we have overseen projects in recent years for clients such as The National Trust, The Churches Conservation Trust, The Duke of Northumberland, The Dean of Newcastle and NE1 Ltd, the Business Improvement District. As the main contractor for some of the region's multi-million-pound regeneration projects, we have worked closely with some of the leading architectural firms and structural engineers in the industry, who rely on our experience to deliver the best results for the client. Around 25% of the work we have won is as a result of our continued customer satisfaction.
Whilst the geographical diversity of what we do indicates our competitiveness, we ensure quality is still maintained wherever we work, through our skilled craftsmen. Our ability to meet and exceed client expectations is one of the core foundations of HPR and we will always strive to continuously improve.
We are ConstructionLine approved for projects up to a value of £6M, but our minor works manager and his team are just as happy to carry out specialist small scale repair works too.
